摘要 为保证桥梁施工期间邻近高铁的运营安全,降低施工对高铁运营的影响,以南京宁和城际轨道交通工程跨板桥河钢桁梁桥为背景,介绍桥位处受河道、汛期、管线、地质条件及高铁等多因素影响条件下桥梁主要施工技术。采用全回转钻机施工深富水层嵌岩钻孔桩,避免了对既有高铁桥梁基础的扰动;采用侧位膺架法平行带纵坡拼装钢桁梁,利用自锚式千斤顶台车顶推就位,避免了施工时对高铁进行施工封锁。 Taking the Nanjing Ninghe intercity rail transit engineering across the steel truss girder bridge of Banqiao River as a background,this paper introduced the main construction technology of bridge under the influences of river channel,flood season,pipeline,geological conditions and high-speed railway. For the sake of ensuring the operation safety of the nearby high-speed railway during the construction of bridge,and reducing the impact of construction on high-speed railway operation,the bored piles were constructed by full-rotating drilling machine in deep and water-rich rock layer,which could avoid disturbance of existing high-speed railway bridge foundation. The steel truss girder was assembled in a parallel frame with longitudinal slope by lateral scaffolding method,and it was pushed in place by the self-anchored jacking trolley,which could avoid the construction blockage on high-speed railway.
