摘要
[目的]研究吲哚丁酸在不同浓度下对三角梅扦插生根率、变褐率、发芽率的影响,探究三角梅嫩枝扦插对其快速繁殖的作用。[方法]利用4种不同浓度(10000g/kg、7500g/kg、5000g/kg、2500g/kg)的吲哚丁酸对三个不同品种的三角梅(白雪公主、橙红、水红)分别进行不同时间的浸泡处理,通过观察并测定扦插枝条根长、发芽率、上部与下部的变褐率。[结果]使用吲哚丁酸均可有效的减少褐变,其中,水红变褐率最低。当吲哚丁酸浓度(≥7500g/kg)较高时,白雪公主、橙红、水红长根情况都较好。橙红和白雪公主在吲哚丁酸浓度为5000g/kg时发芽效果最好。[结论]白雪公主最适嫩枝扦插的吲哚丁酸浓度为5000~7500g/kg,橙红和水红最适浓度为7500~10000g/kg。
[Objective] To study the effect of indole butyric acid on rooting rate,browning rate and germination rate of cuttage of Bo gainvillea spectabilis at different concentrations.[Method] The four different concentrations(10000 g/kg,7500 g/kg,5000 g/kg,2500 g/kg) of indolebutyric acid were used to soak three different varieties of tricornutum(snow white,orange red,and bright pink) for different times,respectively.by observing and measuring the root length,germination rate,and the browning rate of the upper and lower parts of the cutting branches.[Result]The use of indole-butyric acid can effectively reduce browning,among which,the lowest rate of bright pink browning.When the concentration of indolebutyric acid(≥7500 g/kg) was higher,the long roots of snow white,orange red and bright pink were better.Orange red and snow white had the best germination effect when the concentration of indolebutyric acid was5000 g/kg.[Conclusion] The optimum concentration of indolebutyric acid for cuttage of white snow was5000-7500 g/kg,and the optimum concentration of orange red and bright pink was 7500 g/kg-10000 g/kg.
