摘要
分别使用不同浓度(600 mg/L、800 mg/L、1 000 mg/L、1 200 mg/L、1 400 mg/L)的3种生长调节剂萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸对茶梅嫩枝穗条处理后进行单因素扦插试验,经过150天的生长后,调查其生根率、平均生根数、平均根长等生长指标,并进行方差分析和多重比较,探究最适合茶梅扦插繁殖的方法。结果表明,同种条件下,3种生长调节剂不同浓度对茶梅嫩枝穗条的生根具有显著的影响,萘乙酸及吲哚乙酸效果较好,吲哚丁酸效果相对较差。其中以1 200 mg/L吲哚丁酸处理穗条后的扦插效果最好,其生根率为66.7%,平均根长为0.83 cm,平均生根数为5.8条;1 000 mg/L的萘乙酸处理穗条的效果次之,生根率为53.4%,平均根长为1.34 cm,平均生根数为7.1条,均显著好于对照。
In order to study the cutting technology of Camellia sasanqua in this test, the cuttings were dealt with three kinds of rooting agent (NAA, IBA, IAA) in different concentrations (600 rag/L, 800 rag/L, 1 000 rag/L, 1 200 mg/L, 1 400 mg/L) for cutting experiment by using the method of single factor test. After 150 days' growth, by analysis of variance and multiple comparisons, the most suitable cutting propagation methods for Camel- lia sasanqua were found. The results showed that: under the same condition, the different concentration levels of different kinds of rooting agent had significant effects on the growth of Camellia sasanqua cutting. Generally speak- ing, Cuttings soaked with 1 200 mg/L IBA for 30 seconds took root best, the rooting rate was 66.7 %, with an average root length of 0. 83cm and the average root number of 5.8 ; Cuttings soaked with 1 000 mg/L NAA for 30 seconds took root better than the others, itg rooting rate was 53.4 %, with an average root length of 1.34 cm and the average root number of 7. 1, and all treatments were much better than CK.
