摘要
反应堆冷却剂泵(以下简称主泵)是确保核电站安全和可靠运行的最关键动力设备,属于核级设备,也是一回路的压力边界之一。国内某核电机组的主泵有两种选择方案,这两种泵的电机冷却性能和惰转飞轮机械特性等方面各有不同。本文研究了满足这两种方案的转速测量要求的传感器(EM3305N和EM3306N)和配套使用的前置放大器(TM1151N)。此次研发的传感器和前置放大器均通过了相关鉴定试验,并成功进行了配机试验,试验结果满足设计要求。
The reactor coolant pump(hereinafter referred to as the RCP)is the most critical power equipment to ensure the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plants.It belongs to nuclear-class equipment and is one of the pressure boundaries of the primary circuit.The RCP of one of the domestic nuclear power unit has two options of RCP.The two types of pumps have different motor cooling performance and mechanical characteristics of the idler flywheel.This article studies the sensors(EM3305N and EM3306N)that meet the requirements for speed measurement of two types of pumps,and the preamplifier(TM1151N)used as a set.The sensors and preamplifier developed this time have successfully passed the relevant qualification tests and been conducted matching tests with the test results perfectly meet the design requirements.
