摘要
瞬态转速是反映旋转机械运行状态的一个重要参数,针对传统转速测量方法中存在的一些弊端,提出了一种基于图像处理的瞬态转速测量方法;该方法利用CCD摄像机采集转子转动过程的图像信息,并对采集的样本图像序列进行图像预处理,在分析标准Hough变换直线检测算法以及现有的一些改进算法基础上提出进一步改进,并利用此算法获取图像中特征直线的倾斜角,然后通过对图像序列运动分析获得转子的瞬态转速;通过对不同采样频率下测得的数据进行对比,采样频率为300fps时,有较小的相对误差,同时拟合的运动曲线能够反映转轴的瞬态转速。
Transient speed is an important parameter reflecting the state of the rotating machinery running. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional speed measurement methods, a method of transient rotative speed measurement based on image processing is introduced. The method is to eollect images of rotor rotating process by CCD camera, and making preprocess on these images, and based on the analysis of standard Hough transform algorithm and some existing improvement algorithm, a new improvement algorithm for linear detection is proposed. Using the algorithm to get the inclination angle of the straight line, then getting the transient speed of the rotor by analyzing the im age sequence. Comparing measured data of the different sampling frequency. When the sampling frequency is 300 fps, it has a smaller rela tive error, and fitting curve can reflect the transient rotation speed.
