钢弹簧浮置板减振系统的技术优化与改进

摘要 总结了现有钢弹簧浮置板在隔振器外套筒、预制浮置板隔振器布置、现浇浮置板轨枕方案、内置式及上置式剪力铰及金属件防腐处理方式方面的问题,在此基础上相应分别针对性地提出了分体焊接式外套筒、预制浮置板隔振器布置优化、钢筋桁架组合式轨枕、侧置嵌套可调式剪力铰及金属件真空渗锌防腐等优化改进方案,从而提升钢弹簧浮置板的耐久性及可靠性,可为具体工程提供参考。 This paper summarizes the problems of existing steel spring floating plate in the outer sleeve of vibration isolator,the arrangement of prefabricated floating plate vibration isolator,the scheme of cast-in-place floating plate sleeper,the built-in and upper shear hinges and the anti-corrosion treatment of metal parts.On this basis,separated welded outer sleeve and prefabricated floating are put forward respectively.The optimization and improvement schemes of the placement of plate isolator,the composite sleeper of steel truss,the side nested adjustable shear hinge and the vacuum zinc infiltration anticorrosion of metal parts can improve the durability and reliability of steel spring floating plate,which can provide reference for specific projects.
