肖家洼煤矿二采区巷道布置设计优化 被引量:5

摘要 基于巷道施工成本低、掘进效率高、巷道使用安全的综合原则,肖家洼煤矿对武汉设计院设计的二采区巷道布置反复进行PDCA论证提升,提出将二采区下山巷道由8#、13#煤层上下分层布置优化为岩巷段联合布置,下山巷道联络巷由同采区单一布置优化为12、22采区间联合布置的方案,并充分利用现有系统,减少带式输送机运输转载巷。优化后二采区带式输送机运输、辅运下山及联络巷减少岩巷工程量1 743.3 m,增加煤巷工程量703.9 m,减少掘进费用约24.304 4万元,施工工期提前8个月,减少转载带式输送机1部,综合效益显著。 Based on the comprehensive principles of low construction cost, high excavation efficiency and safe use of roadways,Xiaojiawa coal mine has repeatedly carried out PDCA demonstration and upgrading of roadway layout in the second mining area designed by Wuhan design institute,and put forward that the downhill roadway layout in the second mining area should be optimized from 8, 13 coal upper and lower lay,the scheme of joint layout of the connecting roadway is optimized from the single layout of the same mining area to the 12 and 22 mining areas,and the existing system is fully utilized to reduce the transporting roadway of belt transportation. After optimization,the belt transportation,auxiliary transportation downhill and liaison roadway in the second mining area will reduce the rock roadway engineering amount by 1 743.3 meters,increase the coal roadway engineering amount by 703.9 meters,reduce the excavation cost by about 24.304 4 million yuan, advance the construction period by 8 months,and reduce one reload belt. The comprehensive benefit is remarkable.
