摘要
急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)属于危重症,丹参多酚酸盐作为再灌注治疗的辅助用药被广泛应用于临床。现代药理学研究发现,丹参多酚酸盐通过多方面协同作用对ACS发挥作用,如丹参多酚酸盐能从炎症细胞因子的表达、释放等方面调控,以减轻机体炎症反应;通过双向调节多种影响血小板聚集物质的产生以及抑制血小板聚集的最终通路,发挥抗血小板聚集的作用;另外,丹参多酚酸盐还可促进血管内皮细胞的迁移及侧支循环的建立,达到预防心肌梗死和保护缺血区域心肌的目的。
Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is a critical condition,for which salvianolate has extensive clinical application as an adjuvant to reperfusion therapy.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that salvianolate acts on ACS through several synergistic actions.For instance,salvianolate regulates the expression and release of inflammatory cytokines to alleviate the inflammatory response,exerts the anti-platelet aggregation effect through dual-directional regulation of the generation of several platelet aggregation related substances and inhibiting the terminal pathway of platelet aggregation,besides it also promotes the migration of vascular endothelial cells and the establishment of collateral circulation,thus preventing myocardial infarction and protecting the myocardium in ischemic regions.
