摘要
油基钻井液是大多数水平井、页岩气井等复杂井钻井过程中常用的钻井液体系,而钻井液切力不足则会严重影响其流变性、沉降稳定性、井下携岩效果等,易出现钻井液流变调控难、起下钻受阻等问题。本文采用脂肪酸、有机胺、多元醇、催化剂和酯类研制了一种油基提切剂GV-11,并对其进行了红外光谱表征,评价了该提切剂在油基钻井液中的流变参数、抗温性、不同油水比和不同基础油的适应性。结果表明:提切剂GV-11能有效提高钻井液动切力和动塑比,对表观粘度、塑性粘度影响较小,抗温达180℃;受油水比影响较小,当油水比为90∶10时,体系仍具有较好的动塑比和切力;且对基础油的适用性较广,在0#柴油、3#白油、5#白油基钻井液中均具有良好的表观粘度和动切力,提切效果好。其良好的提切效果,为解决页岩气井、长水平井钻井过程中油基钻井液切力不足,流变参数难调控等问题提供了技术保障。
Oil-based drilling fluid is a drilling fluid system commonly used in the drilling of most complex wells,such as horizontal wells and shale gas wells.Insufficient shear force of drilling fluid will seriously affect its rheology,settlement stability,and effect of carrying rocks in downhole.It is prone to problems such as difficulty in controlling the rheology of drilling fluid,and hindering drilling.This paper uses fatty acids,organic amines,polyols,catalysts,and esters to develop an oil-based rheological modifier GV-11,which is characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and evaluates the rheological parameters,temperature resistance,and the adaptability of different oil-water ratios and different base oils of the oil-based drilling fluid.The results show that therheological modifier GV-11 can effectively improve the dynamic shear force and dynamic plastic ratio of the drilling fluid,and has a small effect on the apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity,and has a temperature resistance of 180℃.The agent is less affected by the oil-water ratio.When the oil-water ratio is 90∶10,the system still has a good dynamic plastic ratio and shear force;It also has a wide applicability to base oils.It has good apparent viscosity and dynamic shear force in 0#diesel oil,3#white oil,and 5#white oil-based drilling fluid,and has good cutting effect.Its good cutting effect provides technical support for solving the problems of insufficient shear force of oil-based drilling fluid and difficult to control rheological parameters during drilling of shale gas wells and long horizontal wells.
