摘要
随着国内页岩气开发的快速推进,油基钻井液在页岩气水平井钻井中得到广泛应用,并引起人们的重视。在油基钻井液处理剂开发的基础上,结合页岩气水平井和强水敏性等复杂地层钻井的需求,基本形成了适用的油基钻井液体系,促进了国内油基钻井液技术的发展。为便于掌握国内近期油基钻井液开发与应用现状,从油基钻井液处理剂、钻井液体系、防漏堵漏及钻井液回收利用和废弃物处理等方面,综述了国内2017年以来在油基钻井液方面的研究应用情况,结合当前实际提出了油基钻井液的发展方向,即开发适用性的高效处理剂,研制超高温高密度钻井液、低成本合成基钻井液和生物质合成基钻井液等体系,推广低毒油基钻井液、低胶质油基钻井液和无土相油基钻井液等体系,深化油基钻井液封堵、防漏堵漏、回收利用及废弃物处理等研究,以更好地满足安全钻井和环保要求。
With the rapid development of shale gas in China,oil-based drilling fluid has been widely used in shale gas horizontal well drilling and attracted people ′ s attention.Based on the development of oil-based drilling fluid additives,suitable oil-based drilling fluid system is formed according to the demands of horizontal well for shale gas and drilling for strong-water sensitivity and other complex formations,and it promotes the development of oil-based drilling fluid technology in China.In order to grasp the recent development and application status of oil-based drilling fluid in China,this paper summarizes the research and application of oil-based drilling fluid in China since 2017 from the aspects of oil-based drilling fluid additives,drilling fluid system,leakage prevention and plugging,drilling fluid recycling and waste treatment.Combined with the current situation,the future development direction of oil-based drilling fluid is put forward.Applicable high-efficiency additives,ultra-high temperature and high-density drilling fluids,low-cost synthetic based drilling fluids and biomass synthetic based drilling fluids will be developed.Low toxicity oil base drilling mud,low gel oil-based drilling mud and organoclay-free oil-based drilling mud and so on will be popularized.The research on sealing,leakage prevention and plugging,recycling and waste treatment of oil-based drilling fluid may be deepened to better meet the requirements of safe drilling and environmental protection.
