摘要
采用电沉积法制备了普鲁士蓝/聚对氨基苯磺酸(PB/p-ABSA)复合膜修饰电极,并研究了对苯二酚在该电极上的电化学行为。实验发现,对苯二酚在该修饰电极上的氧化还原反应是受扩散控制的两质子两电子转移过程;在1.0×10^-4~1.5×10^-2 mol·L^-1的范围内,峰电流与对苯二酚浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为lgI=0.8161lgc+4.0282,R2=0.9993,检出限为3.0×10^-5 mol·L^-1。结果表明,与裸电极、PB修饰电极相比,PB/p-ABSA复合膜修饰电极对对苯二酚催化效果更佳。采用标准加入法对模拟水样中对苯二酚的含量进行了测定,回收率在95.0%~106.3%之间,表明该法准确度高,可靠性强。
In this paper,a novel glassy carbon electrode modified with PB/p-ABSA composite film(PB/p-ABSA/GCE)was successfully constructed by electrodeposition and the electrochemical behavior of hydroquinone on the electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry.It was found that the redox reaction of hydroquinone was mainly controlled by diffusion in an electrode process involved with 2 electrons and 2 protons.Meanwhile,within the range of 1.0×10^-4~1.5×10^-2 mol·L^-1,the peak current had a good linear relationship with the concentration of hydroquinone.The linear equation was lgI=0.8161 lgc+4.0282,R2=0.9993,with a detection limit of 3.0×10^-5 mol·L^-1.Furthermore,compared with the bare electrode and PB/GCE,the results showed that PB/p-ABSA/GCE had better catalytic effect on hydroquinone.The content of hydroquinone in simulated water sample was determined by standard addition method and the recovery was between 95.0%~106.3%,indicating that the measurement accuracy and reliability were favorable.
