血液透析中心院内感染防控现状及对策研究——以德州市医院为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解德州市医院血液透析中心院内感染防控现状及实施的对策效果.方法:采用横断面调查的方法,选取6名专家对德州市23家血液透析中心进行调查,调查内容包括中心布局合理性、手卫生依从性、相关制度合理及全面性、工作人员操作规范性、消毒隔离管理、医疗废物管理、终末处理7个方面.6名专家对7个项目进行评价,得分采用Liket5级评分.结果:相关制度合理及全面性得分最高,手卫生依从性得分最低;医院工作人员洗手意识及依从性缺陷最多.结论:德州市医院血液透析中心院感防控存在缺陷,针对缺陷,科室管理人员应成立感染管理小组,梳理制度、流程,鼓励科室人员共同学习,加大医院支持力度,减少院感事件发生. Objective:To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection prevention and control in hemodialysis center of Dezhou’s City and the effect of its implementation.Methods:The cross-sectional survey was carried out among 23 hemodialysis centers in Dezhou’s City by six experts.The survey contents included the rationality of center layout,hand hygiene compliance,the rationality and comprehensiveness of relevant systems,the standardization of staff operation,disinfection interval.Results:The highest score was obtained for the rationality and comprehensiveness of the relevant system,and the lowest score was obtained for the hand hygiene compliance.The most defects were found in the hand washing awareness and compliance of the hospital staff.Conclusion:There were defects in the prevention and control of hospital sense in the hemodialysis center of Dezhou’s City hospital.The department managers should set up infection management group,sort out the system and process,encourage the department staff to study together,strengthen the support of the hospital,and reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
