摘要
目的了解内蒙古自治区血液透析室医院感染管理现状,为制定符合本地区血液透析室医院感染管理措施提供参考依据。方法 2014年10-12月,采用现场检查和问卷调查方法对内蒙古自治区90所医院血液透析室医院感染管理现状进行调查,其中三级医院30所,二级医院60所,采用SPSS21.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果 96.67%医院血液透析室清洁区、半清洁区、污染区分区明确,77.78%医院区域标识清晰,超过90.00%医院血液透析室的医院感染管理制度已经建立,90.00%医院的血液透析室每次透析结束后对透析机外部消毒,92.22%医院的血液透析室每次透析结束后对透析机内部消毒,100.00%医院血液透析室都开展了对初次透析患者检查乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病感染指标,91.11%医院的血液透析室乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒、艾滋病感染指标复查周期≤6个月,大多数医院血液透析室开展了环境卫生学监测。结论内蒙古自治区90所医院血液透析室管理不够规范,监管力度不强,需要加强管理,进一步规范血液透析室的医院感染管理。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of management of nosocomial infections in hemodialysis rooms in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region so as to provide guidance for development of infection control measures conforming to the situation in this region.METHODS From Oct 2014 to Dec 2014,the current status of management of nosocomial infections in hemodialysis rooms of 90 hospitals in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was investigated by means of onsite investigation combined with questionnaire survey,totally 30 tertiary hospitals and60 secondary hospitals were enrolled in the study,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS21.0software.RESULTS The clean zone,semi-clean zone,and contamination zone were clearly divided in the hemodialysis rooms in 96.67% of the hospitals,77.78% of the hospitals had clear region markings.The nosocomial infection management system has been established in over 90.00% of the hospitals,the external disinfection of dialysis machines was carried out in 90.00% of the hospitals after the dialysis;the internal disinfection of the dialysis machines was conducted in 92.22% of the hospitals after the dialysis;the infection indicators for hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis,and HIV were detected for the patients who received the initial dialysis in 100.00% of the hospitals;the cycle of reexamination of the infection indicators for hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis,and HIV was no more than 6months in 91.11% of the hospitals.The environmental hygiene monitoring was carried out in the dialysis rooms of most of the hospitals.CONCLUSIONThe management of the hemodialysis rooms is less standardized and the supervision is inadequate in the 90 hospitals of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.It is necessary to strengthen the management and further standardize the management of nosocomial infections in the hemodialysis rooms.
