摘要
露天矿山通过优化爆破参数来提高爆破效果,使矿石粒度明显降低,通过对选厂圆锥破碎机衬板更换周期、旋回破碎机运行时间、处理能力及半自磨台效等数据分析对比,验证了优化爆破后矿石对选厂的旋回破碎机、中细碎、半自磨等耐磨件的磨损程度明显减轻,节约了选矿成本。
By optimizing the blasting parameters to improve the blasting effect in open-pit mine,the ore grain size is decreased significantly.Through the analysis and comparison of the data such as the replacement period of cone crusher liner,the running time of rotary crusher,the processing capacity and the semi-autogenous-grinding machine efficiency,the wear degree of the rotary crusher,medium-fine crushing and semi-autogenous-grinding parts in the optimized blasting are obviously reduced,and the dressing cost is saved.
