摘要
本文以半自磨机为研究背景,研究分析影响衬板寿命的原因,并提出了衬板的改进方案。研究结果表明,衬板的形状、衬板的材质、衬板的安装形式是影响衬板寿命的几个因素,同时提出了L型衬板与波型衬板结合使用的改进方案。
Based on the research background of semi-autogenous mill,this paper studies and analyses the reasons affecting the life of liner,and puts forward the improvement scheme of liner.The results show that the shape of liner,the material of liner and the installation form of liner are the factors affecting the service life of liner.At the same time,the improvement scheme of combining Ltype liner with wave-type liner is put forward.
