摘要
文章介绍了三甲口腔专科医院新型冠状病毒防控的应急护理管理,主要包括:新型冠状病毒防控知识及流程的针对性培训;对感控护士合理分配至不同岗位,进行院感重点环节线上培训,合理分配物资,严格消毒隔离;停止非必要诊疗,优化患者就医流程;关注医护人员身心发展,积极有效应对疫情。旨在为口腔专科医院及综合医院口腔科室疫情防控的应急护理管理提供参考。
This paper introduces the emergency nursing management in the prevention and control of novel coronavirus in grade-A tertiary stomatological hospitals.The measures mainly include targeted training on the knowledge and implementation process of novel coronavirus prevention and control,reasonable allocation of infection-control nurses to different posts,online training on hospital-acquired infection,rational distribution of medical resources,strict disinfection and isolation,discontinuation of unnecessary diagnosis and treatment,optimization of medical treatment process,emphasis on the physical and mental development of medical staff,and active and effective response to the epidemic.The purpose is to provide reference for emergency nursing management in epidemic prevention and control in stomatological hospitals and department of stomatology in general hospitals.
