Capsella bursa-pastoris is a kind of green food,after drying,it can be combined with other ingredients to make seasonings and then added to the bun stuffing and dumpling stuffing.This production method is convenient and fast,which can avoid the previous chopping work without losing the unique flavor of Capsella bursa-pastoris,and can meet the needs of modern fast-paced urban life.This seasoning is easy to add in food and is not affected by the supply cycle.The main ingredients include amaranth,salt,monosodium glutamate,peppercorn,star anise,cumin,orange peel,black and white coriander,cinnamon,amomum,cloves and nutmeg.This test can provide a reference for actual production.
