摘要 外卖与生鲜宅配促使即时配送业务快速增长,因业务类型特殊,即时配送具有自己的特征。分析即时配送下两种常见的服务模式,对不同服务模式下的运作效率进行分析,发现运作过程中影响配送效率的主要问题是:即时配送过程中的订单波动大,配送品种多,平台间信息不对称等。5G网络商用化普及必将带来城市配送的变革,针对即时配送效率问题,5G网络必将在无人机配送工具革新、驱动大数据与AI的智能调度系统、实时传送配送在途信息、打通上下游合作关系等方面提供解决方法。 Takeaway and fresh home delivery have promoted the rapid growth of instant delivery business.Due to the special business type,instant delivery has its own characteristics.Analyze two common service modes under real-time delivery,analyze the operating efficiency under different service modes,and find that the main problems that affect the delivery efficiency during the operation are:large fluctuations in orders during real-time delivery,multiple delivery types,and information between platforms Asymmetric,etc.The popularization of 5G network commercialization will inevitably bring about changes in urban distribution.In response to the problem of real-time distribution efficiency,5G network will be innovated in drone distribution tools,intelligent scheduling systems driving big data and AI,real-time delivery distribution information,and access Provide solutions in areas such as downstream partnerships.
