摘要 随着现代科技的飞速发展,博物馆顺应科技潮流,进行数字化革命,开展数字展厅的建设。笔者针对场馆大、平日客流较少、设备多等目前博物馆展陈服务面临的问题,采用物联网、大数据技术,关联观众、客流、环境、灯光、设备等数据,对博物馆展厅内多媒体、环境、灯光等软硬件设备,基于数据驱动实现一键/定时开关机、内容播控、场景切换、运行监控、故障排查、应急指挥等博物馆展陈智能中控功能,为服务于观众的现场设备提供可靠保障,提升服务质量,同时,达到博物馆绿色节能的目的。该技术已在多个智慧博物馆建设中成功应用。 With the rapid development of modern science and technology, museums conform to the trend of science and technology, carry out digital revolution and carry out the construction of digital exhibition hall. In view of the problems faced by the present museum exhibition service, such as large venues, fewer passengers and more equipment, the author uses the data of the Internet of things, large data technology, the data related to the audience, passenger flow, environment, lighting, equipment and so on, and implements a key to the multimedia, environment and lighting in the museum exhibition hall. The intelligent control functions of the museum, such as timing switehgear, content sowing control, scene switching, operation monitoring, troubleshooting, emergency command and so on, provide reliable guarantee for the on-site equipment to serve the audience, improve the quality of service, and achieve the goal of green energy saving.
