摘要
目的分析第八师2010-2015年恶性肿瘤的疾病负担,为该地肿瘤防控提供依据。方法通过计算潜在减寿年(potential years of life lost,PYLL)、早死所致寿命损失年(years of life lost,YLL)、伤残所致寿命损失年(years lived with disability,YLD)及伤残调整寿命年(disability adjusted life year,DALY)分析恶性肿瘤疾病负担。结果 2010-2015年第八师恶性肿瘤PYLL为32805人年,PYLL率为10. 9/千人,男高于女,<60低于≥60岁(P均<0. 01)。男、女、<60和≥60岁PYLL均逐年上升(P<0. 01)。第八师恶性肿瘤DALY为49371人年,DALY率为14. 3/千人,男高于女,<60低于≥60岁(P均<0. 01)。男、女、<60和≥60岁DALY均逐年上升(P<0. 01)。肺癌、肝癌、结直肠癌居于第八师恶性肿瘤PYLL前3位,DALY最高的恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌。结论第八师2010-2015年恶性肿瘤疾病负担呈上升趋势,相关部门应继续并有针对性的加强防治。
Objective To estimate the burden of cancer in the eight division during 2010-2015,providing evidence for cancer prevention and control.Methods The PYLL,YLL,YLD and DALY were calculated to analyze the burden of cancer.Results In 2010-2015,the cancer PYLL was 32805 person-year,PYLL rate was 10. 9/1000,and that of men was higher than women,<60 years was lower than≥60( all P<0. 01).During 2010-2015,PYLL rate increased year by year( P<0. 01).DALY was 49371 person-year,DALY rate was14. 3/1000,DALY rate in men was higher than that in women,< 60 was lower than that of ≥60( all P< 0. 05).During 2010-2015,DALY rate increased year by year( P<0. 01).Lung cancer,liver cancer and colorectal cancer ranked the first three in cancer PYLL,and the highest cancers in DALY were lung cancer,breast cancer and liver cancer.Conclusion The cancer burden in the Eighth Division increased year by year in 2010-2015.Relevant departments should continue and strengthen the prevention and treatment of cancers,such as lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,and males at high risk( especially those over 60 years old).
