摘要
职业院校作为培养技能人才的重要教育基地,对学生的日常管理是高校管理工作的重中之重。阐述了高职院校大学生的特点,并结合日常管理工作存在的问题,探讨新时期背景下大学生日常管理模式的方式方法,以提高管理实效性。
As an important education base for training skilled talents the daily management of students is the most important task in the management of colleges and universities.The characteristics of college students in higher vocational colleges,and combination problems in daily management are expounded,the way and method of college students’ daily management mode under the background of new period is discussed,to improve the effectiveness of management.
