摘要
中山是粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心的重要节点城市,在科技创新投入、创新平台体系、高新技术企业、创新成果产出等方面具有共建大湾区科创中心的基础。长三角G60科创走廊是长三角一体化创新发展的重要内容。文章研究长三角G60科创走廊重要节点城市杭州和嘉兴推动科技创新发展的经验措施,在此基础上提出中山共建粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心的启示建议,包括集中力量建设重大科技创新平台、推动高新区高质量发展、完善新型研发机构管理体制机制、探索建设"人才飞地"、加快创新人才集聚,以及加强区域协同创新,积极融入科创走廊建设。
Zhongshan is an important node city of the international science and technology innovation center in GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area.It has the foundation of building the international science and technology innovation center in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area in terms of science and technology innovation input,innovation platform system,high-tech enterprises,and innovation achievement output.G60 S&T Innovation Valley of Yangtze River Delta is an important part of the integration of innovation and development in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper studies the experience and measures of Hangzhou and Jiaxing,the important node cities of G60 S&T Innovation Valley of Yangtze River Delta,to promote the development of science and technology innovation.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to Zhongshan on building the international science and technology innovation center in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area,including focusing on building a major platform for scientific and technological innovation,promoting high-quality development of high-tech zones,improving the management mechanism of new research and development institutions,exploring and building "talent enclaves" to accelerate the gathering of innovative talents,and strengthening regional synergies and actively integrating into the construction of the S&T Innovation Valley.
