摘要 误差补偿技术是提高机床加工精度经济而有效的手段,在世界各地取得迅速的发展和推广,已经成为精密工程重要支柱之一.文章综述误差产生来源,剖析误差测量方法和基于数控系统的误差补偿技术. Error compensation technology is an economic and effective means to improve the machining accuracy of machine tools.It has been developed and popularized rapidly all over the world and has become one of the important pillars of precision engineering.This paper summarizes the source of error,analyzes error measurement methods and error compensation technology based on CNC system.
