摘要
生物制品行业疫苗常用的装载容器为西林瓶或预充注射器.它的外包装方式多样,但在整个包装工序中装盒机是核心设备.装盒机的纸盒运行保障系统、产品推送系统、在线说明书折叠系统是这一设备的核心组成部件.因此,从装盒机核心部件出发,通过典型案例分析阐述,说明维修应从故障源头着手,才能彻底有效解决故障.
The commonly used containers for vaccines in biological products industry are vials or pre filled syringes,which are packed in various ways,but the cartoner is the core equipment in the whole packaging process.The paper box operation guarantee system,product push system and online instruction folding system are the core components of the equipment.Starting from the core components of the box loader,this paper expounds that the maintenance should start from the source of the fault through typical case analysis,so as to solve the fault completely and effectively.
