摘要
水下采油树输油管道内原油容易受到海水冷却作用,形成沉积甚至堵塞管道。在总结运行参数对输油管道内液体流动性影响的基础上,建立椭圆、圆形、矩形等不同类型的输油管道的模型。在无保温层条件下,以相同的速度入口、压力出口、光滑壁面为流体域边界条件,采用流场分析软件,分析输油管道的几何参数对液体流动性的影响。该项分析结果表明,当输油管道具有相同的运行参数时,非圆形截面的输油管道能够更有效地卷吸管道内的流体。该项研究成果可以为海底输油管道的选型提供一定的参考。
Crude oil in the subsea Christmas tree pipeline is susceptible to seawater cooling,forming deposits and even blocking the pipeline.Based on the summary of the influence of operating parameters on the fluidity of the liquid in the pipeline,models of different types of pipelines such as ellipse,circle,and rectangle are established.Under the condition of no thermal insulation layer,the fluid domain has the same velocity inlet,pressure outlet,and smooth wall as the boundary conditions.The flow field analysis software is used to analyze the influence of the geometric parameters of the oil pipeline on the fluidity of the liquid.The analysis results show that when the pipelines have the same operating parameters,noncircular cross-section pipelines can more effectively entrain the fluid in the pipeline.The research results can provide a certain reference for the selection of subsea oil pipelines.
