摘要
针对70MPa钻井液循环管汇设计制造中出现的问题,分析确定了高压管汇制造所适用的材料规格、密封方案和加工工艺。该系统采用材质35CrMo、壁厚19mm的钢管制造,使用球面由壬连接密封,同时制定了一套完善的加工工艺流程。现场应用表明:该钻井液循环管汇可承受105MPa的试验压力,成本低,安装方便,适用性广,可为深井钻机及复杂井提供配套。
For problems in design and manufacture of 70 MPa drilling fluid circulation manifold,analysis and identification were made for the material and specifications,seal programs and processes that applicable in the manufacture of high pressure manifold.The 35CrMo steel pipe with its wall thickness 19 mm was used for the system,connected with spherical sealing union.A comprehensive process flow was developed for it.Field application shows that this drilling fluid circulation manifold can withstand the highest strength test pressure of 105 MPa.This drilling fluid circulation manifold has the feature of low cost,easy to install and wide applicability.It can support module for deep drilling rigs and complicated wells.
