摘要
通过分析单轨游览车轨道梁安装中存在的问题,提出一种单轨游览车轨道梁与混凝土立柱安装方案,并设计一种轨道梁安装节点。该方案先调整基础预埋件,轨道梁精调完成后再将安装板和基础预埋件进行焊接,从而确保轨道梁精确对接,保证轨道行车面的平顺。现场实践表明方案可行,结构可靠经济。
By analyzing the problems existing in the installation of rail beam for monorail touring vehicles, a rail beam and concrete column installation scheme for monorail touring vehicles have been proposed, and a rail beam installation node have been designed. First adjust the basic embedded parts, and then weld the mounting plate and the basic embedded parts after the fine adjustment of the rail beam is completed, so as to ensure the accurate docking of the rail beams and ensure the smoothness of the rail surface. Field practice shows that the scheme is feasible and the structure is reliable and economical.
