摘要
时代变迁及城市发展,给一组废弃的航空油罐带来了新生的契机,这是一个工业遗存经由艺术获得重生的有趣故事。项目基地位于上海市徐汇滨江西岸,原龙华机场旧址。经过6年的设计改造与施工,昔日的油罐变身为艺术与生活的载体,以其丰富的功能及开放的公园,吸引公众亲近自然、感受艺术。新建建筑低调地消隐于地景和公园之中,在尊重工业遗存的同时。
Located on the banks of the Huangpu River in Shanghai's West Bund,Tank Shanghai converts five abandoned aviation fuel tanks and their surroun dings into a new type of con temporary art and cultural center seamlessly combining art,nature and urba n life.In teg rated into the urba n Ian dscape with an unp recede nted attitude of ope nn ess,accessibility and humility,Tank Shanghai transforms containers of fuel into containers of culture while paying tribute to the site's industrial past.
