摘要
为满足改造后建筑的各项功能需求,需对现存的5个储油罐进行升级改造。油罐改造工程基础设计需全方位、多角度进行研究分析,与传统工程存在较大差别。各个罐内结构基础设计需综合考虑净高控制、罐内场地条件、上部结构受力特点、基础施工工序等多方面因素。基础设计时应结合各建筑的实际限制条件,因地制宜地对各个建筑采用不同的基础形式:1,2号罐采取在钢底板上现浇混凝土筏板的基础形式,4号罐采用钻孔灌注桩基础,5号罐采用条形基础和独立基础。为保证油罐在施工工程中的整体稳定性需在4,5号罐罐壁和底板接合区域加设锚栓,并采用分区分阶段施工等措施。在油罐与地下室交接面采用树根桩进行基坑支护,并沿着油罐基础环向采用树根桩进行土体加固,在桩顶设置圈梁形成环箍作用,保证油罐地基土体的稳定。
In order to meet the functional requirements of the retrofit building,the existing five oil tanks need to be upgraded. Foundation design of the tank renovation project needs all-round and multi-angle research and analysis,and there is a big difference with the traditional project. The basic design of each tank should be considered in combination with the height control,the tank site conditions,upper structure mechanical characteristics,basic construction process and other factors. The foundation design should be combined with the actual constraints of each building conditions,according to local conditions to adopt a different basic form. The No. 1 and No. 2 oil tanks are taken on the basis of the cast-in-place concrete raft on the steel floor,the No. 4 oil tank with bored pile foundation,No. 5 tank with bar foundation and independent foundation. In order to ensure the overall stability of the oil tank in the construction project,the No. 4 and No. 5 oil tank connection area of wall and the floor should add joint bolts,and use sub-stage construction and other measures. In the interface between the tank and the basement,the root piles are used to support the foundation excavation,and the soil reinforcement is carried out along the base of the tank foundation,and the ring beam is formed on the pile top. This method ensures the stability of the soil of the tank foundation.
