摘要
目的探讨中线导管在脑出血患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的120例脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照不同输液途径将其分为中线导管组(40例,中线导管输液)、短导管组(40例,短导管输液)与中心静脉导管(CVC)组(40例,CVC输液)。比较三组患者的导管留置时间及并发症发生情况;比较三组患者治疗前、后的生活质量。结果中线导管组与CVC组导管留置时间均长于短导管组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中线导管组的并发症总发生率明显低于短导管组与CVC组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者的各项SF-36生活质量量表评分均升高,且中线导管组、CVC组的各项SF-36生活质量量表评分均明显高于短导管组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中线导管在脑出血患者治疗中具有较高的应用价值,可延长导管留置时间,降低并发症发生风险,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of midline catheter in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into midline catheter group(40 cases,midline catheter infusion),short catheter group(40 cases,short catheter infusion)and central venous catheter(CVC)group(40 cases,CVC infusion)according to different ways of infusion.The catheter indwelling time and complications of the three groups were compared;the quality of life of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The indwelling time of catheter in the midline catheter group and the CVC group were longer than those in the short catheter group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the midline catheter group was significantly lower than that in the short catheter group and the CVC group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 quality of life scale scores in the three groups increased,and those in the midline catheter group and the CVC group were significantly higher than the short catheter group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midline catheter has higher application value in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,it can prolong the catheter indwelling time,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
