摘要
马兜铃酸致肝癌事件引发了社会舆论对中药安全性问题的持续关注。马兜铃酸Ⅰ是马兜铃酸中的主要毒性物质,具有很强的肾毒性和肝毒性。马兜铃酸Ⅰ的合成途径复杂,涉及到酪氨酸脱羧酶、去甲乌药碱合成酶和单胺氧化酶等多种的关键催化酶。本文综述了马兜铃酸Ⅰ的生物合成途径及相关的关键催化酶和马兜铃酸肾病的临床研究现状,以期为马兜铃酸的合成途径的明确奠定基础,并对马兜铃酸肾病的临床研究提供借鉴。
The occurrence of aristolochic acid induced liver cancer has aroused the public opinion's continuous attention to the safety of traditional Chinese medicine.Aristolochic acid Ⅰ is the main toxic substance in aristolochic acid,which has strong nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity.The synthesis of aristolochic acid Ⅰ is complex,involving many key catalytic enzymes,such as tyrosine decarboxylase,norcoclaurine synthetase,and monoamine oxidase.In this paper,the biosynthesis pathway of aristolochic acid Ⅰ and its related key catalytic enzymes and the clinical research status of aristolochic acid nephropathy are reviewed.In order to lay a foundation for understanding the synthesis of aristolochic acid,and provide reference for clinical study of aristolochic acid nephropathy.
