摘要
目的探讨Nd:YAG激光泪道成形联合典必殊眼膏填充术后延迟冲洗治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法选择110例(134只眼)泪道阻塞患者为研究对象,首次泪道冲洗延迟至术后第6天,观察患者术后疗效及并发症情况。结果患者随访6个月的治愈率为90.3%,总有效率为94.0%;随访12个月治愈率为79.9%,总有效率为90.3%;随访24个月治愈率是67.9%,总有效率为86.6%。结论Nd:YAG激光泪道联合碘必殊眼膏泪道填充术后适当延迟泪道首次冲洗治疗泪道阻塞可在短期内提高效果,长期疗效明显,在基层医疗单位可推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of delayed irrigation after Nd:YAG laser lacrimal duct plasty combined with tobradex eye ointment stuff in the treatment of obstruction of lacrimal duct.Methods A total of 110 patients(134 eyes)with obstruction of lacrimal duct were selected as the study objects.The first irrigation of lacrimal duct was delayed to the 6th day after operation,and the postoperative efficacy and complications of patients were observed.Results After 6 months follow-up,the cure rate of patients was 90.3%,and the total effective rate was 94.0%;after 12 months follow-up,the cure rate was 79.9%,and the total effective rate was 90.3%;after 24 months follow-up,the cure rate was 67.9%,and the total effective rate was 86.6%.Conclusion Delay the first irrigation of the lacrimal duct appropriately after Nd:YAG laser lacrimal duct plasty combined with tobradex eye ointment stuff on obstruction of lacrimal duct can improve the effect in the short term,and long-term curative effect is obvious,which can be popularized in basic medical units.
