摘要
目的探讨泪道支撑管置管术联合泪道探通引导针治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法选取医院2019年4月至2020年4月收治的鼻泪管阻塞患者56例(52眼),随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例(26眼)。对照组采用泪道探通引导针和药物冲洗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行泪道支撑管置管术。于术后比较临床疗效、泪河高度、Munk溢泪评分。结果观察组泪河高度为(239.34±192.25)μm,显著低于对照组的(356.93±189.63)μm,观察组Munk溢泪评分为(0.53±1.15)分,显著低于对照组的(1.48±1.96)分(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为96.43%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论泪道支撑管置管术联合泪道探通引导针治疗鼻泪管阻塞疗效较好,可降低患者的泪河高度和Munk溢泪评分,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lacrimal stent intubation combined with lacrimal duct probing in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods A total of 56 patients(52 eyes)with nasolacrimal duct obstruction admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 28 cases(26 eyes)in each group.Patients in the control group undergoing the lacrimal duct probing and drug irrigation,on this basis,patients in the observation group undergoing the lacrimal stent intubation.The clinical efficacy,tear meniscus height and Munk score in the two groups were compared after the operation.Results The tear meniscus height in the observation group was(239.34±192.25)μm,which was significantly lower than(356.93±189.63)μm in the control group.The Munk score in the observation group was(0.53±1.15)point,which was significantly lower than(1.48±1.96)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The lacrimal stent intubation combined with lacrimal duct probing is effective in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction,which can reduce the tear meniscus height and Munk score,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
