摘要
目的分析纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月至2019年6月我院收治的60例重症肺炎患儿,随机分为参照组(30例)与试验组(30例)。参照组给予基础治疗,试验组在参照组治疗基础上实施纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果试验组临床治疗总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,试验组患儿的SaO2、PaO2、FVC、FEV1均明显高于参照组与治疗前,PaCO2、PCT、CRP水平及WBC明显低于参照组与治疗前(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗可有效改善小儿重症肺炎患儿的肺功能,减轻炎症反应,且无明显并发症,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods Sixty children with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into reference group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The reference group was given basic treatment,while the experimental group was given bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,SaO2,PaO2,FVC and FEV1 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group and before treatment,and the levels of PaCO2,PCT,CRP and WBC in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children with severe pneumonia,reduce the inflammatory response,and has no obvious complications,which is worth clinical reference.
