摘要
目的探究在儿童重症肺炎诊疗中采取纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的效果。方法选取我院收治的儿童重症肺炎患儿120例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。试验组采取纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术治疗,对照组采取常规治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组FVC、FEV1指标均高于治疗前,且高于对照组(P<0.05),两组WBC、CRP、PCT指标均低于治疗前,试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿童重症肺炎诊疗过程中,采取纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术能够改善患者肺功能,消除炎症,临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 120 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each.The test group was treated with bronchoalveolar lavage,and the control group was treated with routine treatment.The clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results FVC and FEV1 indexes in the test group after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).WBC,CRP and PCT indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the test group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of bronchoalveolar lavage in children with severe pneumonia can improve lung function,eliminate inflammation,and have significant clinical effects.
