摘要 大黄鱼是我国单一品种养殖量最大的海水鱼类,具有重要经济效益.本文综述了大黄鱼对蛋白质、氨基酸、脂类、糖类、核苷酸、维生素和矿物质等的营养需求,结合配合饲料的应用现状,探讨了配合饲料今后的研究重点和发展方向. Larimichthys crocea is the largest marine fish in China, which has important economic benefits. In this paper, the nutritional requirements of Larimichthys crocea for protein, amino acid, lipid, carbohydrate, nucleotide, vitamin and mineral were reviewed. Combined with the application status of compound feed, the future research focus and development direction of compound feed were discussed.
