摘要
目的全面掌握黄石市职业病发病情况,为制定职业病防治策略提供技术依据。方法收集2006-2018年"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"子系统"职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统"中报告的黄石市职业病病例,利用Excel和SPSS 25.0按照职业病种类、地区、人群特点、行业、企业规模、经济类型等方面进行统计分析。结果 2006-2018年黄石市共报告职业病新发病例6大类18种2 323例。职业性尘肺病(2 238例,96.34%)为黄石市最主要的职业病,主要发生在煤炭开采和洗选业(1 892例,84.54%)。职业病类别在经济类型组别分布比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=39.34,P<0.05)。不同类别新发职业病的平均诊断年龄和平均工龄比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=167.29、121.56,均P<0.05)。结论黄石市应重点防控职业性尘肺病,积极开展职业卫生健康宣教工作,营造全社会广泛参与的良好氛围,保障劳动者权益。
Objective To grasp the incidence of occupational diseases in Huangshi City in an all-round way, provide technical basis for formulating occupational disease prevention and control strategies. Methods The cases of occupational diseases in Huangshi City from 2006-2018, which were reported by the Occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring system of the China disease prevention and control information system, were collected and analyzed by Excel and SPSS 25 according to the types of occupational diseases, regions, population characteristics, industries, enterprise scale and economic types. Results From 2006-2018, a total of 2 323 new cases of occupational diseases were reported in 6 categories and 18 species. Occupational pneumoconiosis(2 238 cases, 96.34%) was the most important occupational disease in Huangshi City, mainly in coal mining and washing industries(1 892 cases, 84.54%). There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of occupational diseases among economic groups(χ^2=39.34, P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in average age of diagnosis and the average length of service among different types of new occupational diseases(F=167.29, 121.56, both P<0.05).Conclusion In Huangshi City, it is necessary to focus on the prevention and control of occupational pneumoconiosis, actively carry out occupational health education, create a good atmosphere for the broad participation of the whole society, and protect the rights and interests of workers.
