摘要
胃肠镜检查中的镇静治疗是实现安全化和舒适化医疗的重要条件。目前胃肠镜检查的镇静治疗中的几项重要环节包括:应统一镇静深度的标准,通过对患者进行术前评估及镇静深度的需要,配备实施镇静/麻醉的人员,监测相关指标,制定个体化镇静/镇痛方案。这对实现程序化镇静非常重要。胃肠镜中的镇静治疗在确保患者安全性的同时,也越来越需要更高的性价比和舒适度。
Sedation in gastrointestinal endoscopy is an important requirement for safe and comfortable medical treatment.At present,the important steps in sedation treatment of gastrointestinal examination include standardization of sedation depth standards;on the basis of preoperative evaluation of patients and the requirements for sedation depth,sedation/anaesthesia staff are selected to monitor indicators and determine individualized sedation/analgesic regimen.This is very important for achieving programmatic sedation.Sedative treatment in gastrointestinal surgery can ensure patient safety,and require more cost-effectiveness and comfort.
