摘要
目的探究在糖尿病性干眼症临床治疗中复明片的临床应用效果。方法选取40只大鼠作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分成四组,正常对照组(A组)、糖尿病干眼组(B组)、糖尿病干眼+复明片低剂量处理组(C组)、糖尿病干眼+复明片高剂量处理组(D组),每组中的大鼠数量均为10只。对四组大鼠给药前后的泪膜破裂时间、棉线湿润的平均长度、角膜荧光染色评分、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α泪液炎性因子水平进行比较。结果C组和D组的泪膜破裂时间及棉线湿润的平均长度均低于A组,但高于B组,D组的泪膜破裂时间及棉线湿润的平均长度低于C组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。B组的角膜荧光染色评分高于A组、C组和D组,C组和D组高于A组,差异明显(P<0.05)。B组大鼠的IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平高于A组、C组、D组,C组和D组大鼠的IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于B组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病性干眼症治疗中应用复明片治疗方法,降低了泪液炎性因子水平,改善了干眼症状。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fuming tablets in the clinical treatment of diabetic dry eye.Methods Forty rats were divided into four groups according to the different treatment methods:normal control group(group A),diabetic dry eye group(group B),diabetic dry eye fl aming tablet low dose treatment group(group C)and diabetic dry eye fuming tablet high dose treatment group(group D).The number of rats in each group was 10 rats.The tear fi lm rupture time,average length of cotton thread wetting,corneal fl uorescence staining score and IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-αtear infl ammatory factors were compared before and after administration.Results The tear fi lm rupture time and the average length of cotton thread wetting in group C and D were lower than those in group A,but higher than those in group B.the tear fi lm rupture time and the average length of cotton thread wetting in group D were signifi cantly lower than those in group C(P<0.05).The score of corneal fl uorescence staining in group C and group D was signifi cantly higher than that in group A,group C and group D,and group C and group D were signifi cantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).IL-6,IL-1βin group C and group D was signifi cantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αin group C,group D,group C and group D were signifi cantly lower than those in group B,and the levels of IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αin group A,group C,group D,group C and group D were signifi cantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fuming tablets in the treatment of diabetic dry eye reduced the level of lacrimal infl ammatory factors and improved the symptoms of dry eyes.
