摘要
苯并呋喃类化合物作为一种常见的重要杂环化合物,许多苯并呋喃衍生物已经被证实具备药用价值,因此,近年来受到了研究者们的广泛关注。目前,关于苯并呋喃衍生物研究的文献有很多。针对近几年出现的几种新的主要合成方法以及它们各自工艺的优缺点进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
As a common important heterocyclic compound,many benzofuran derivatives have been proved to have medicinal value.Therefore,they have attracted widespread attention from researchers in recent years.At present,there are many literatures on the synthesis of benzofuran compounds.This article reviews several new main synthesis methods and their advantages and disadvantages in recent years,and looks forward to their development prospects.
