摘要
由于管道弓形效应大多发生在瞬态条件下(如在启动过程中,当水平管道部分被热或冷流体填充时),就会发生管道弓形效应。弓形效应在管道预热或预冷过程中可能被忽视,直到发生管道、支架或是设备口发生损害时才被发现。通过对大口径LNG管道进行弓形效应下的应力计算,对比LNG管道在一次应力(支架脱空)、二次应力、支架受力以及管道位移四个方面的变化,分析弓形效应对管道产生的影响。
Because the pipe bow effect mostly occurs under transient conditions(such as in the start-up process,when the horizontal pipe part is filled with hot or cold fluid(LNG)),the pipe bow effect will occur.Bow effect may be ignored in the process of pipeline preheating or precooling until the damage of pipeline,support or equipment port occurs.In this paper,through the stress calculation of large-diameter LNG pipeline under bow effect,the primary stress(bracket hollowing),secondary stress,bracket stress and pipeline displacement of LNG pipeline are compared,and the influence of bow effect on the pipeline is analyzed.
