摘要
近年来我国经济发展迅速,对于石油石化行业的需求量也不断增加,石油石化行业的整体生产水平提升,其复杂性也不断增大。为保证工程的生产,必须加强对安全事故以及突发事件的重视。为此,在石油石化产业工程生产中必须加强应急管理,重视应急管理体系的建设,使其能够为生产过程起到监督管理的作用,降低生产过程当中出现的安全隐患,一经发现存在的安全隐患,需要及时处理,降低石油石化行业整体生产过程中的损失。
With the rapid economic development in recent years,the demand for petroleum and petrochemical industry is also increasing,the overall production level of petroleum and petrochemical industry is improving,and its complexity is also increasing.In order to ensure the production of the project,we must pay more attention to safety accidents and emergencies.Therefore,in the engineering production of petroleum and petrochemical industry,it is necessary to strengthen the emergency management,pay attention to the construction of emergency management system,so that it can play a role of supervision and management for the production process,and better reduce the potential safety hazards in the production process.Once the potential safety hazards are found,they need to be dealt with in time to reduce the loss in the overall production process of petroleum and petrochemical industry.
