摘要
在总结油田企业探索管理制度化、制度流程化、流程信息化经验的基础上,提出了油田企业建立完善制度体系、流程体系的途径和方法,以及构建信息化固化的平台架构,对于形成一套行之有效的企业基础管理和提高制度执行力的管理方案,具有较强的借鉴意义。
In this thesis, based on summarizing the experience of exploration and practice of institutionalized management, process management and informatization management for the oilfield enterprises, the measures to establish and perfect management system and process system as well as the model system platform are put forward,which have a great practical significance and provide a feasible and effective management schedule for the enterprises to enhance their system implementation ability and to strengthen their basic management.
