摘要
随着经济全球化和一体化建设进程的不断加快,为了提升资源配置的合理化、打破区域行政壁垒、形成跨界合作,“飞地经济”应运而生。阐述“飞地经济”的基本内容,并针对“飞地经济”新模式存在的区域产业融合开发、区域产业融合园区建设一集区域产业融合政策落实等问题,对其发展途径进行了全面探析,全面了解与掌握区域经济与技术发展方向,做好基础设施建设和空间布局工作,将不同产品链转向不同区域,确定区域产业合作,以市场需求为导向,共推长效机制,建立协调运维机构,争取政府政策扶持,内联外引,不断拓展园区共建新模式,以期在改善当前区域经济发展现状的基础上,促进区域协调可持续发展。
With the continuous acceleration of the process of economic globalization and integration,The emergence of the"enclave economy"is to improve the rationality of resource allocation,break regional administrative obstacles,and form cross-border cooperation.This article expounds the basic content of the"enclave economy",in response to the problems of regional industrial integration development in the new model of"enclave economy",the implementation of regional industrial integration policies and the establishment of a regional industrial integration park.Comprehensively explored its development approach,comprehensively understand and grasped the direction of regional economic and technological development,and do a good job in infrastructure construction and spatial layout.Transform different product chains to different regions,determine regional industrial cooperation,take market demand as the guide,jointly promote long-term mechanisms,establish coordinated operation and maintenance institutions,strive for government policy support,inward and outward introduction,and continuously expand the new model of park construction.It is expected to improving the current status of regional economic development and promoting regional coordinated and sustainable development.
