摘要
文章首先探讨了"飞地经济"概念界定;接着,通过运用模糊数学工具,引入多元化的政府目标函数以保证"飞地经济"发展模式实现可持续的发展,并量化政府目标函数值以使得两地政府都实现正收益,从而达到互利共赢,进而总结出"飞地经济"发展模式实现共赢和可持续目的的条件。最后,提出了可持续"飞地经济"的发展思路及对策。
Firstly, this paper defined the ＂enclave economy＂. Then, through the use of fuzzy math tools, we introduced a wide range government objective function to ensure that ＂enclave economy＂ mode of development can be a sustainable mode of development, and quantified the government objective function value to enable the two governments to achieve positive earnings and win-win, lately, we summed up that the basic contions that developing the ＂enclave economy＂ mode can achieve win-win and sustainable development. Final- ly, we put forward the development ideas and countermeasures of a sustainable ＂economic enclave＂
