摘要
国际陆海贸易新通道是中新(重庆)战略性互联互通示范项目的子项目之一,它对于实现“一带”与“一路”的有机衔接、促进中国—东盟互联互通具有重要意义。广西作为国际陆海贸易新通道的重要枢纽,在加强基础设施“硬联通”和制度“软联通”建设上取得了积极的成效,但与国家赋予广西功能定位的要求相比仍存在较大差距。因此,建议继续完善区域协调机制、综合物流体系、便捷的通关制度等制度建设。
The new land and maritime trade corridor is a sub-preject of China-Singapore(Chongqing)Strategic Demonstration Interconnection Project,which is of great significance to realize the connection of“the Belt and Road”and promote China-ASEAN interconnection.As an important hub of the international land and maritime trade corridor,Guangxi has made positive achievements in strengthening physical infrastructure and system construction,but there is still a big gap compared with the functional positioning requirements given to Guangxi by the state.Therefore,it is suggested to continue to improve the regional coordination mechanism,comprehensive logistics system,and customs clearance system etc.
