摘要
目的探讨江苏省常州市青龙社区居民4年来尿酸变化,为社区老年人防治高尿酸血症提供依据.方法连续观察该社区50岁以上4000名以上居民2015—2018年尿酸水平和高尿酸血症患病率变化,通过与性别、年龄段、体质量指数和生化指标进行纵向分析,分析尿酸变化及相关危险因素.结果该社区50岁以上调查人群中,与2015年相比,2018年高尿酸血症标准化患病率增加约3.7%(P<0.01),其中女性人群增加趋势尤其明显(P<0.01).在<70岁人群中,男性患病率显著高于女性(P<0.05).持续尿酸增高的人群,收缩压及血清甘油三酯水平显著增加,而肾小球滤过率估计值(eGFR)显著下降.结论4年来该社区50岁以上人群中,高尿酸血症患病率在逐渐增加,尤其以女性人群明显.持续尿酸增高影响该社区人群血压及血清甘油三酯水平.
Objective To investigate the changes of uric acid level in residents aged>50 years old in Qinglong community of Changzhou city in Jiangsu province,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia(HUA)in the elderly residents of the community.Methods The changes of uric acid level and the prevalence of HUA in more than 4000 residents aged>50 years old of the community between 2015 and 2018 were continuously determined.Through longitudinal analysis with gender,age,body mass index and biochemical indicators,the changes in uric acid and related risk factors were analyzed.Results Compared with 2015,the standardized prevalence of HUA in 2018 increased by approximately 3.7%in the residents aged>50 years old of the community(P<0.01).Among them,the increasing trend of HUA prevalence in female population was particularly obvious(P<0.01).Among the population aged<70 years old,the HUA prevalence in males was significantly higher than that in females(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and serum triglyceride levels significantly increased in the population with persistently elevated uric acid level,whereas the eGFR level significantly decreased.Conclusion The prevalence of HUA among the population aged>50 years old of this community has gradually increased in the past 4 years,especially in females.Sustained elevated uric acid level may affect blood pressure and serum triglyceride levels in the residents of this community.
