疫情防控背景下关于韧性城市建设相关问题的思考与建议 被引量:8

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发至今,我们的城市经受住了考验,但付出了巨大的经济和人力成本。为从本次疫情中吸取经验,适应性应对潜在的疫情,以韧性城市理念和新发传染病的特点为切入点,通过分析疫情防控对当前城市规划建设的挑战,提出建设韧性城市应对疫情防控的建议。 Since the novel coronavirus outbreak,our cities have stood the tests,but at a huge economic and human cost.In order to learn from this outbreak and respond adaptively to potential outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases,this paper reviewed the concept of resilient cities and the characteristics of emerging infectious diseases,analyzed the challenges of epidemic prevention and control to current urban planning and construction,and puts forward suggestions on building resilient city to cope with epidemics.
