摘要
目的观察综合护理管理对于肛肠科患者治疗效果及疼痛程度的影响。方法随机法选择我院2017年1月~2018年12月接收的混合痔患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上实施综合护理。比较两组患者舒适度、疼痛评分、抑郁自量表评分、焦虑自量表评分、临床疗效。结果观察组在社会、环境、生理、心理方面舒适度均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SDS、SAS评分低于干预前(P<0.05),对照组SDS、SAS评分高于观察组(P<0.05);两组疼痛程评分较护理前降低(P<0.05),观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解率95.56%高于对照组80.00%(P>0.05)。结论综合护理模式用于肛肠科患者术后管理,可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,纾解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高临床疗效,提高患者护理舒适度。
Objective To investigate effect of comprehensive nursing management on pain degree of anorectal patients.Methods 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoids received in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,each with 45 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Then the comfort degree,pain score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort level of the observation group in the social,environmental,physiological,psychological and other fields was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores were decreased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05),which were higher in the control group than in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of the pain degree were decreased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05),which were higher in the control group than in the observation group(P<0.05).The pain relief rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.56%vs 80.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing for anorectal patients can effectively alleviate pain symptoms,relieve anxiety and depression,improve clinical efficacy,and improve patient nursing comfort.
