H2O2-超级微波消解-ICP-MS法测定乳粉中铅含量 被引量:4

摘要 建立过氧化氢(H2O2)-超级微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定乳粉中铅含量的方法。以4mL H2O2作为消解体系,利用超级微波平台对乳粉进行前处理,采用ICP-MS测定乳粉中铅含量。在方法条件下消解液澄清透明,铅质量浓度在0~50 ng·mL-1时线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000 0,检出限为0.4 ng·mL-1,加标回收率为95.2%~108.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%~4.8%,质控样品铅的测定结果在参考值范围内。该方法绿色、环保、准确、快捷,适用于乳粉中铅的测定。 Intent a method which used inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) for determination of lead in milk powder by hydrogen peroxide digestion with Ultra-WAVE assisted was established. Method 4 mL hydrogen peroxide is used as a digestion system, Pretreatment of milk powder at high temperature and high pressure using the Ultra-WAVE, mensurated lead content in milk powder by ICP-MS. Result The results show that: Under the condition of the method, The sample solution which digested by hydrogen peroxide is Clarification and Transparency,the linear relationship of the standard curve in the 0-50 ng·mL-1 lead mass concentration range is good, the correlation coefficient is 1.0000,the lead detection limit is 0.4 ng·mL-1,and the recovery rate of the added standard is 95.2%-108.9%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 1.1%-4.8%,The measured values of Lead in Quality Control Sample are all in Range of reference values. The method is greenness,environmentally friendly,accurate,quick,and is suitable for the determination of lead in milk powder.
